  • Remote Control has little reach

    I just got the iVoice couple days ago. I had read quite a few reviews about it before purchasing. The only real disappointment is that the remote control is so picky. It only reaches 10 feet away and and you have to aim it so perfectly. Is this normal? Is there a chance that the battery could be low...

  • USB connection

    I purchased a Athena Ivoice and am trying to connect to my computer via a USB cable. I get no connection from the Ivoice to the computer. I have tried several cables. Is there some sort of setup or what? I made a contact via email but have had no reply.
