Does anyone ever look at these forums or respond to them? And if not, is there a better email address than the one in contacts?

I can't get Athena to respond at all, either to my question here or to the one sent much earlier to the email address.

Doesn't look like much is going on here at all... Everyone must be happy with their speakers, too bad the Audition series has been discontinued.

I don't get responses to my emails either - I tried that before posting here (and several times after). I love my speakers, but I'm very disappointed in the support. -

I agree, I love my setup and have yet to have a problem whatsoever, however after seeing some people trying to contact Athena and not receiving any support is a bit dissapointing.
