Me too! I bought mine through Amazon where one reviewer said the remote function was wonderful - I have bought two iVoices and BOTH have lousy remote function. I wrote to Support here twice but have never even had an acknowledgement. How's that for support.
I have since bought a programmable remote which seems to make things slightly better, but again, as you said it is 'picky'
Anyone else found a workaround except from throwing the unit away?
