we are having problem with the iVoice unit where after we turn off the unit (blue lights off, the iPod is also turned off), my iPod will turn on again by itself within a minute or so. it will remain in that state with the screen turns on and goes dark every few seconds. it seems like i can't get the whole unit turn off completely. can someone help me with this problem?

 My problem is similar.  After using the timer on the iPod, the iVoice is presumably off as well; then hours later, any change of  ambient light, such as a night light being turned on or off and the blue LED starts blinking followed by the iPod screen lighting up.  I have to manually turn off the unit with the remote.  As I go to sleep before my wife, each night as she enters the room I'm awaken by this stupid blue blinking light and the iPod screen coming on.  I've sent the company this story, wanting to know if it is a faulty product or poor design.
